What you will do

• Create and document design processes and procedures.
• Build out our design system, workflow, and component library.
• Maintain and build upon our existing design principles and language.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and creatives to produce high-quality work.
• Create beautiful and intuitive user experiences, taking big-picture ideas from concept to design.
• Design a range of digital components that improve design efficiency.

Requirements

• A background and significant experience in design.
• Demonstrated experience including elements of graphic design, motion design, and animation into the UX/UI of digital products.
• Creative flair and an inquisitive approach to design, focusing on the intersection of functionality and aesthetics.
• A focus on detail and a desire to grow, with a laser-like eye for detail and a hunger to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of designers and engineers to produce pixel-perfect work.
