DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

DevOps Engineer (Fintech): Designing and building the Eqlipse Clearing Platform on Cloud with a hyper-automation mindset, focusing on provisioning, build, and deployment pipelines. Accent on optimizing Cloud footprint for cost and performance, automating manual processes, and enhancing developer experience within a FinTech environment.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (at least 3 days a week in-office)

What you will do

• Develop provisioning, build, and deployment pipelines.
• Create and set up existing and new Cloud accounts and Dev/QA/Performance/UAT environments.
• Create comprehensive documentation and guides on building, deploying, and running systems.
• Optimize Cloud footprint for lower costs and higher performance.
• Automate manual processes to improve developer experience and efficiency.
• Mentor other engineers and actively contribute to peer reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Passionate about Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Automation.
• Excellent communication and working proficiency in English (C1).
• Willingness to share knowledge and help the team grow in seniority.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, agile, and dynamic environment.
• Few years of work experience with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Kafka.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Kafka.
• Experience with Cloud, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Java and Distributed Systems.
• A genuine interest in working in the FinTech industry and learning the domain, specifically clearing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
