What you will do

• Ensure and improve availability of the trading binary through operational management and proactive monitoring.
• Manage incidents, perform rapid escalation, and mitigate issues.
• Participate in on-call duty.
• Debug C++ and Python code, classify issues.
• Develop observability metrics and trading analytics.
• Stay informed on financial and technical news relevant to the domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, engineering, physics, math, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in an SRE role
• Programming skills (Python/Go preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Unix systems
• Ability to deploy, configure, and administer Linux-based servers (Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana)
• Proficiency in English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher)
