What you will do

• Lead initiatives to reimagine digital help experiences across multiple channels with Gen AI.
• Conduct customer and market research to understand the evolving AI landscape.
• Create a bold vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap.
• Evangelize the AI vision and strategy with senior leadership and engineering partners.
• Drive execution by motivating and coordinating across a matrix organization of cross-functional partners.
• Obsess over success metrics, customer behavior data, and product usage funnel to uncover opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a product manager.
• Experience working with AI and GenAI capabilities to deliver customer-facing experiences.
• Experience working with chat or voice assistants.
• Undergraduate degree with concentration in computer science or other technical disciplines preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
