What you will do

• Contribute to the technical roadmap for internal developer platforms and advocate for engineering best practices.
• Develop and maintain core platform infrastructure including CI/CD, feature flag systems, and observability tools.
• Design high-quality internal APIs and tools that guide engineers through streamlined deployment paths.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system bottlenecks and enhance reliability and performance.
• Develop automated systems to improve operational workflows, including AI-driven initiatives.
• Define and maintain strict standards for system reliability, performance, SLAs, and SLOs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development for large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in at least one core language: Go, Java, or Python.
• Proven experience operating large-scale services on major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native development and Kubernetes architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for cross-functional project leadership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Deep experience with platform components like internal developer portals or service meshes.
