Location: Must work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 25-mile commute of Beijing, China

What you will do

• Design and implement robust iOS solutions using Swift and Objective-C.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and collaborate on developing scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices; optimize, debug, and refactor code for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and other engineering groups.
• Investigate performance issues, implement testing strategies, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages.
• 4+ years of experience in iOS development with proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and modern architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER).
• Solid foundation in designing and implementing algorithms.
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code, with experience in code optimization and debugging.
• Solid analytical skills to address complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Fluent English Communication

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages.
• 7+ years of experience in iOS development with proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and modern architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER).
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their integration into mobile development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with iterative development processes.
• Experience working in a global, multi-disciplinary environment with distributed teams.
