Location: Expected to work from the office in Beijing, China at least four days per week, if living within a 25-mile commute, starting January 26, 2026.

What you will do

• Develop and execute technical roadmaps to ensure product quality and growth.
• Manage the entire development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Actively identify problems and lead solution design and integration into the final product.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay attuned to industry trends and new technologies, promoting innovation and best practices.
• Establish and enforce standards for code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience OR Master’s Degree + 3+ years OR Doctorate + 1+ year.
• 4+ years of software development experience and over 2 years of project management experience.
• Good English communication skills for technical and business discussions with global teams.
• Solid project management abilities, familiar with Agile development processes.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills to motivate team members.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to handle system failures.
