What you will do

• Work alongside a team in end-to-end productions, including concepting, creative ideation, and final edits.
• Create high-quality, visually impactful motion design.
• Guide and mentor emerging talent within the team.
• Contribute to elevating work and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, including skillful application of easing techniques and basic experience with expressions.
• In-depth knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization for various digital platforms.
• Ability to adeptly handle multiple tasks and projects with keen attention to detail.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Foundational leadership and creative collaboration skills.
