What you will do

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor for AI and Salesforce solutions.
• Drive requirement gathering and act as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solution development.
• Build client strategy and roadmaps, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic goals.
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Einstein for Service.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected and impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, OR Einstein Service Intelligence/Next Best Action.
• Ability to design and optimize complex business processes across various systems.

• Experience defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
