What you will do

  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers on system enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Support Benefits QA analysts with day-to-day activities and complex requests.
  • Function as a subject matter expert on department standards and processes.
  • Drive enhancement efforts of test plans to ensure application functionality meets original requirements.
  • Support business application systems and maintain plan data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience within a healthcare or health insurance organization.
  • Expertise in detail-oriented data and metrics reporting, including pivot tables, graphs, and formulas.
  • Robust analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills via various channels.
  • Self-starter mentality with an execution-focused ethos.

Nice to have

  • Basic experience with MySQL.
