What you will do

• Contribute to hirify.global's visual identity system across all brand touchpoints.
• Create marketing assets for campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Design presentation decks, one-pagers, and sales materials to tell the company story.
• Establish brand guidelines and systems for consistency and rapid scaling.
• Build tools, templates, and processes for independent on-brand work.
• Collaborate with product design, content, and growth teams to ensure brand consistency and bring campaigns to life visually.

Requirements

• Proven track record of working in high performing, fast-paced startup environments.
• A portfolio showcasing beautiful and effective brand work produced in high-velocity teams.
• Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across rapid growth and multiple touchpoints.
• Mastery across brand identity, typography, illustration, and visual systems.
• Strong ability to translate product and company vision into compelling visual narratives.
• Experience designing for digital and physical touchpoints (web, social, events, merch, and beyond).

Nice to have

• Motion design and video editing skills.
• Experience building brands in AI.
