What you will do

• Analyze feature requests, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams for smooth integration and timely feature delivery.
• Work with the Project Manager to align technical solutions with product strategy and delivery timelines.
• Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Support team growth and development through 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead (architecture, team motivation, and growth).
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems design patterns and network protocols.
• Strong backend development skills in Go.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Hands-on experience designing APIs and microservice architectures.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong command of Russian is required
