What you will do
- Analyze feature requests, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams for smooth integration and timely feature delivery.
- Work with the Project Manager to align technical solutions with product strategy and delivery timelines.
- Oversee the design and development of backend and frontend components.
- Perform code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
- Support team growth and development through 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in backend development.
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead (architecture, team motivation, and growth).
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems design patterns and network protocols.
- Strong backend development skills in Go.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Hands-on experience designing APIs and microservice architectures.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Strong command of Russian is required
