TL;DR

Software Engineer (.NET, Fintech): Developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services for full acquiring projects with an accent on payment processing infrastructure and risk management solutions. Focus on implementing integrations with financial APIs, building reconciliation modules, and ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Location: Onsite in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure back-end services in .NET.
Implement integrations with acquirer APIs, payment gateways, card brands, and processors.
Build financial and transaction reconciliation modules for both front and back ends.
Ensure data integrity and transaction consistency throughout the acquiring flow.
Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions.
Participate in code reviews, architecture definition, and development best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of back-end development experience with C# and .NET Core or .NET Framework.
Experience with Design Patterns, agile methodologies, and Serverless architecture.
Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, RabbitMQ) and Microservices architecture.
Proficiency with REST APIs, Git, Cloud (preferably AWS), and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in payment methods and acquiring processes, including authorization, capture, settlement, and reconciliation.

Nice to have

Knowledge of payment industry-specific regulations such as PCI DSS.
