VP of Operations (Mobile Marketing): Leading and continuously improving hirify.global’s operational setup and ensuring efficient execution and collaboration across all teams (HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing) with an accent on structuring for scale, performance analysis, and accountability. Focus on building operational maturity to prepare the company for IPO-level expectations and strengthening leadership capabilities.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate or commute to Hamburg, Germany. This is a flexible hybrid work model (working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

What you will do
- Lead and continuously improve the company’s operational setup for efficient execution at scale.
- Translate company goals into clear operational priorities, structures, and rhythms.
- Act as a sparring partner to Heads and Leads, strengthening leadership capability and accountability.
- Design and evolve scalable reporting lines, ownership models, and decision-making frameworks.
- Analyse performance of all functions and ensure accountability across the company.
- Oversee Finance, Legal & governance execution in partnership with relevant teams.
- Ensure alignment and clear interfaces across all functions (Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.).
- Build operational maturity in line with IPO-level expectations for sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Management, Operations, Consulting, or People leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams, scaling organizations, and building structure without slowing execution.
- Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, and governance topics.
- Comfortable operating at C-level and with external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and organizational understanding of how operations connect to business outcomes.
- Fluent in English and German.
