What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and role requirements.
• Identify, source, and headhunt exceptional tech talent (developers, engineers) focusing on game development.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future roles.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in tech recruitment and gaming to refine strategies.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record in tech hiring, ideally within the gaming or software industry.
• Strong network and understanding of technical roles.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for regulated gaming or iGaming roles.
• Understanding of game production pipelines and technical roles in game studios.
• Passion for gaming and insight into gaming culture and communities.
