What you will do
- Document the RCA and Problem Management Process
- Improve upon those processes
- Report on Incidents, RCA, and Problem statistics for LiveOps(NOC)
- Chair working groups for complex RCA and Problems, acting as Project Manager
- Participate in daily reporting and follow-ups of RCA and Problems
- Create and maintain a Known Issue Database
Requirements
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (more advanced welcome)
- Advanced Excel experience
- Advanced PowerPoint experience
- 1-3 Years of experience in a production Software development environment
- Proven methods to generate professional reports for consumption by C-Level management down to Software Developers
- Project Management experience (uncertified)
