What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle of E-Invoicing, Marketing Platform, and CIAM projects from requirements to successful go-live.
- Manage integrated timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, IT Security) to align requirements and secure buy-in.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and executive updates.
- Drive the RFP process, vendor evaluation, and selection, ensuring alignment with requirements.
- Oversee vendor onboarding and delivery, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Experience managing large-scale IT or digital projects end-to-end for 5+ years.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Proven capacity to engage cross-functional teams and senior executives, negotiate priorities, and maintain alignment.
- English: Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Familiarity with formal project governance and compliance with corporate IT controls and standards.
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT domains including finance systems, marketing/CRM technologies, and identity management/security.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
