Salary: $121,400 - $181,800 per annum

What you will do

• Develop silicon validation plans based on product design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct post-silicon system bring-up, function validations, interop, and performance studies.
• Implement test automation scripts for DUT and test equipment including traffic generators, PCIe protocol exercisers and analyzers, oscilloscopes, and temperature chambers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolve issues found during post-silicon validation.
• Deliver customer-friendly validation reports with descriptions of test set-up, procedures, and results.
• Support and resolve customer-reported issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of related professional experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Good understanding of PCIe specification in physical, data link, and transaction layers.
• Strong working experience with PCIe Gen6 system-level silicon bring-up and validation, and protocol compliance validation.
• Working experience with Linux and Windows OS and cross-platform compatibility.
• Must have strong C/C++ and Python programming skills.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCIe re-timer validation.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Ethernet protocol, and DSP.
