What you will do

• Work closely with design teams to produce accurate, high-quality documentation for advanced IPs.
• Edit and author technical content using various tools, creating specifications, reports, and application notes.
• Produce graphics such as timing diagrams, block diagrams, and flow charts.
• Review technical content for grammatical issues and align it with corporate style.
• Conduct document reviews and collect approvals to ensure accuracy and continuously improve documentation quality based on feedback.
• Use AI tools to enhance documentation quality and improve productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or writing/communication field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a technical writer, preferably with semiconductor experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with authoring and drawing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Adobe Acrobat) and markup languages (e.g., PHP, HTML).
• Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint and Jira.
• Ability to be on site 5 days/week in the Toronto area or willingness to relocate to the Toronto area.
