TL;DR

Data Scientist (AI/LLM): Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive business decisions and strategy with an accent on developing and improving data processes and applying AI/LLMs. Focus on creating algorithms, predicting trends, and designing data architecture for seamless data integration.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid - at least 3 days in office required). Applicants must be eligible to work in Lithuania.

Salary: 4,000–5,000 EUR (monthly, before taxes)

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive business decisions and strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and improve data processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Create and implement algorithms and models to extract insights and predict trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using various data visualization tools.
• Apply AI techniques and large language models (LLMs) to analyze data and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data science, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
