Quality Assurance Specialist

What you will do

• Ensure project quality based on requirements and design specifications.
• Identify missing or unclear information and raise risks.
• Analyze project details and provide clear, concise feedback.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing including smoke, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Communicate test results, track defects, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Must work from office in San Jose, Costa Rica at least 3 days per week.
• Minimum 2 years experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Proficiency in bug tracking and task management tools like Jira.
• Experience working with CMS (Adobe AEM) and collaborating with local and offshore teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level (reading, writing, conversation) required.
