What you will do

• Manage, upgrade, and optimize diverse Linux infrastructures using automation and IaC principles, including Kubernetes and ULL bare-metal.
• Oversee global infrastructure monitoring, ensuring proactive, reactive, and self-healing mechanisms for improved reliability.
• Serve as a point of higher escalation for Linux-related incidents and requests, participating in on-call rotations.
• Provide leadership at a regional level, collaborating globally on architectural decisions and large-scale project implementations.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze large datasets for enhanced system monitoring, predictive alerts, and automated interventions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience operating in a complex Linux environment.
• Comprehensive expertise in Linux operating systems (e.g., Debian), troubleshooting, and optimizing platforms in virtual and bare-metal configurations.
• Extensive Kubernetes experience.
• Proficiency with configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with various VMware technologies, monitoring and visualization tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana), and cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Working knowledge of routing protocols like BGP and familiarity with FPGA technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with ULL/HFT implementations.
