What you will do

  • Design and implement sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
  • Perform circuit implementation and verification for PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, and amplifiers.
  • Conduct design verification using tools like Spectre and MATLAB.
  • Evaluate prototype units in the lab to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex design and performance issues.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
  • Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies and low-power high-speed design techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools including Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
