What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of creative designs across digital, social, and print platforms, aligning with client goals.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and other creative team members to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Translate strategic objectives into visually compelling designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them refine their craft.
• Present work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing produced work across digital, print, and social media.
• Mastery of typography, layout, color theory, and composition with exceptional attention to detail.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Confident and persuasive presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Curiosity about experimenting with AI tools and emerging design technologies.
