What you will do

• Lead a team of designers and creative specialists for new business development initiatives.
• Ideate and execute high-impact storytelling deliverables including presentation decks, video content, motion graphics, and digital experiences.
• Develop and refine pitch narratives and brand positioning to articulate agency capabilities and competitive differentiators.
• Direct the creative vision for all new business materials, ensuring exceptional craft, visual appeal, and strategic alignment.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including new business, strategy, account, and project management to ensure flawless execution.
• Provide regular team mentorship, constructive feedback, and establish standards of excellence across creative deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of branding and new business pitch experience, with a proven track record of supporting winning pitches.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executives and senior leadership.
• Proven aptitude for quick, creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding, fast-paced deadlines.
• Demonstrated expertise in video content, motion design, and multimedia storytelling.
• Strong experience with brainstorming, pitch strategy, brand positioning, asset/content development, and new business materials.
• Ability to lead and inspire creative teams while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
