Salary: Monthly salary range 4000 - 5000 Eur gross.

What you will do

• Handle resolution of sophisticated issues, coordinating between technical teams and partners.
• Supervise operational health, analyze system trends, and optimize resilience and availability.
• Collaborate with market operations, client success, and technology teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Take ownership of updating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in application management, technical support, or a similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud platforms, including basic networking, virtualization, and cloud deployment models (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with automation, scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby, SQL), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Terraform).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Ability to work on weekends and off hours depending on business needs.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes, or Agile-related).
• Experience within global organizations, especially in banking, exchange, or technology sectors.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts is an advantage.
