What you will do

• Build distributed, high-performance shared game services.
• Develop internal tools for operations, data analysis, and automation.
• Support and empower engineering teams across hirify.global.
• Learn, teach, and grow within a strong engineering culture.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher preferably in Computer Science, Math, or Physics (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong understanding of distributed, highly scalable, low latency, fault-tolerant backend architecture fundamentals.
• Fluent in Go programming language with a strong understanding of advanced Go syntax and concepts.
• Strong engineering, design, and architecture skills.
• Experience with AWS, NoSQL/in-memory databases, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
