TL;DR
Senior Software Developer (Generative AI): Developing and implementing components of Generative AI applications for 's financial technology platform with an accent on code quality, performance, and reliability. Focus on solving complex problems within the GenAI team, collaborating on technical requirements, and contributing to the adoption of best practices.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance in the office at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
Salary: 3,300–4,000 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do
- Develop and implement components of Generative AI applications, ensuring code quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to implement technical requirements and solutions.
- Assist in the collection, preprocessing, and curation of datasets for AI models.
- Contribute to gathering user feedback and participate in design iterations.
- Work on solving complex problems under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python with a good understanding of its ecosystem.
- Proficiency with AWS and cloud technologies, including Terraform.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with software development methodologies like Agile.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Good communication skills to explain technical concepts.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, SQL, and unstructured data handling.
