Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance in the office at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

Salary: 3,300–4,000 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do

• Develop and implement components of Generative AI applications, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to implement technical requirements and solutions.
• Assist in the collection, preprocessing, and curation of datasets for AI models.
• Contribute to gathering user feedback and participate in design iterations.
• Work on solving complex problems under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python with a good understanding of its ecosystem.
• Proficiency with AWS and cloud technologies, including Terraform.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with software development methodologies like Agile.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, SQL, and unstructured data handling.
