What you will do

• Formulate quantitative and automated trading strategies.
• Manage and optimize your intraday trading positions together with your team.
• Focus on technical improvements on the desk while also automating various daily processes.
• Manage trading positions and ensure essential information is captured accurately.
• Identify new opportunities and products that align with hirify.global' growth strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market making and/or quantitative trading.
• In-depth knowledge in trading Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Assets, FX or Commodities.
• University Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related.
• Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills.
• Competitive, entrepreneurial and able to deliver under pressure.
• A distinct ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them.
