What you will do
- Oversee general HR and Staffing functions in Malaysia.
- Lead and advise in matters relating to human resources, employment law, industry practices, and workplace rights.
- Manage day-to-day HR processes including employee relations, new hire onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Participate in the development and implementation of international policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the group compliance audit and its related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Human Resources Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance.
- Experience supporting HR infrastructure, programs, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Nice to have
- Experience working in the technology industry/multinational organization.
