What you will do

• Define and implement QA strategy for multiple concurrent products, ensuring consistent quality standards.
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for AI-native automation, generating test scenarios and self-healing scripts.
• Implement "Vibe Testing" using AI tools like ScoutQA or TestRigor.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling rapid, confident releases.
• Direct the flow of bug reporting, triaging, and verification, providing clear, actionable data.

Requirements

• AI-Native QA Mindset: Experience using or implementing AI-assisted testing tools and building self-healing test suites.
• Backend & API Mastery: Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs and WebSockets, comfortable validating complex data flows.
• Systemic Automation: Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or C# to build scalable automation frameworks.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Deep familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, or ELK Stack).
• Agile Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced CI/CD environment where automated checks are integrated.
• Product Intuition: A track record of collaborating with Product Owners to define quality beyond technical specifications.

Nice to have

• Background in music production or audio engineering.
• Hands-on experience with load & stress testing tools like k6, Locust, or JMeter.
• Experience using LLMs to write test cases or building custom AI scripts.
