What you will do
- Develop and maintain various hirify.global initiatives on Android, including MarTech, analytics, privacy, consent, and growth.
- Contribute to the modernization of the codebase by refactoring and modularizing components using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Support experimentation and data-driven product development by integrating A/B testing and tracking into mobile features.
- Build and optimize UI components using Jetpack Compose, focusing on performance, accessibility, and platform consistency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, analytics) to define, build, and iterate on features.
- Take part in architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices to ensure maintainable, scalable mobile development.
Requirements
- Professional experience building Android applications using Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and Jetpack Compose.
- Comfortable working in and improving large, existing codebases.
- Skilled at working in cross-functional teams, proactively communicating, and breaking down complex problems.
- Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment, while also capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- English: B2 required.
- Work authorization for the USA required.
