What you will do

• Define and execute division strategy for top games, considering market, company goals, and team capabilities.
• Apply AI to speed up production, LiveOps, and other team operations.
• Design product strategy for re-usability and work with related teams to develop tools and infrastructure for scaled operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team across product, game design, tech, monetization, ad operations, and data analytics.
• Define and execute monetization strategies for LiveOps products aligned with hirify.global’ Hybrid Casual direction.
• Oversee Scrum-based project management from concept to release, ensuring alignment with strategy and effective resource use.

Requirements

• 7+ years in mobile app and game development, especially casual or hybrid casual titles.
• Proven success designing and scaling liveops, retention loops, and hybrid monetization systems.
• Proficiency in understanding and successfully deploying AI products/tools.
• 5+ years in leadership roles, known for building high-performing teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, resilience, and great communication skills.
