What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the core ML infrastructure and data platform.
• Optimize the ML lifecycle from research to production.
• Drive technical direction and promote best engineering practices.
• Enable Research and Product teams and mentor colleagues.
• Build robust, scalable systems and tackle performance challenges.

Requirements

• Experience building and managing end-to-end ML pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Solid software engineering foundation and 2+ years of Python experience.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Ability to design robust, distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in managing ML Infrastructure & Ops or equivalent responsibilities.
• At least 3+ years building scalable ML systems.
• GPU scaling experience.
• Tooling development for internal users.
• Numerical computing skills.
• Basic ML knowledge (computer vision a plus).
• Familiarity with our Tech Stack.
