What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and provide recruitment metrics reports.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of IT technologies and roles.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
  • English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) required.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Jira.
