What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of marketing platform and CIAM projects from requirements to successful go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor execution, and manage deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
• Drive the RFP process, vendor evaluation, selection, and oversee vendor onboarding and delivery.
• Ensure all approvals, reviews, and project documentation are in line with PMO standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope adjustments, and provide timely executive updates and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or digital projects end-to-end.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or a program.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with formal project governance and ability to navigate stage-gate processes.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT domains including finance systems, marketing/CRM technologies, and identity management/security (CIAM).
• Strong analytical thinking to anticipate challenges and solve problems under pressure.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
