TL;DR

Associate Content Author (CMS): Managing and updating website content within various CMS platforms using basic front-end technologies with an accent on ensuring content accuracy and adherence to client requirements. Focus on implementing technical solutions, debugging simple web application issues, and maintaining quality web development.

Location: Hybrid: Requires working from the San Jose office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Create or update content in the CMS (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite) using basic HTML and CSS.
  • Work closely with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams for quality web development.
  • Implement technical solutions following best practices.
  • Debug or troubleshoot simple issues in existing web applications.
  • Provide feedback on policies and procedures for improvement.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 0-1 years of experience working with content management systems (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite).
  • Knowledge in Cross-browser and Responsive development.
  • Knowledge of manipulating and administering website content.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar issue tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with best practice version control methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data transfer formats popular in web applications (eg. JSON, XML).
