What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations for Mastercard and Visa acquiring and issuing.
• Perform regular reconciliations between internal systems and Mastercard/Visa settlement reports.
• Monitor and manage daily and periodic settlement processes with card schemes.
• Conduct detailed analysis of interchange and scheme fees.
• Assist in financial evaluation of new partnerships, scheme changes, or pricing adjustments.
• Work closely with PSPs to ensure smooth financial coordination and data exchange.
• Analyze the real profitability of individual acquiring partners and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience as a Financial Analyst in a fintech company or a bank.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with numbers.
