TL;DR
Product Manager (Hardware/Software): Taking ownership for product execution and prioritization within technology-driven product landscape, working closely with engineering, sales and product leadership with an accent on product execution and prioritization. Focus on translating market, customer and partner needs into clear priorities and value-driven product decisions.
Location: Vienna, Austria (hybrid)

What you will do
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing for shared understanding and efficient product execution.
- Translate product strategy into clear, prioritized product roadmaps.
- Evaluate market and customer requirements to decide on scalable platform capabilities.
- Monitor market developments and competitive dynamics for product opportunities and improvements.
- Identify and resolve areas of disagreement or ambiguity through structured communication.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with structured product input and clear communication.
Requirements
- Technical degree and experience in electronics, hardware or software environments, combined with practical IT knowledge.
- Proven product management experience, translating market and customer needs into clear priorities.
- Strong understanding of market developments and competitive dynamics.
- Ability to work with product leadership to define decision structures and evaluate trade-offs.
- Team player with organizational skills.
- High customer orientation and the ability to adapt.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Ready to travel as needed.
