Content & Appeals Specialist (Trust & Safety)

Location: Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work with two office days recommended but not enforced; the exact schedule is agreed with the team. The role includes night shifts between 10pm and 6am, and requires availability throughout a five-week intensive training starting on 28 September 2026.

Gross monthly salary: €1,488–€2,013 EUR.

What you will do

• Review large volumes of flagged listings and system-generated reports.
• Make swift, accurate, and policy-aligned content moderation decisions.
• Conduct second-level evaluations of user appeals and complex cases.
• Screen potentially risky content across fashion, lifestyle, and electronics categories.
• Support catalogue quality, platform safety, and content integrity at scale.
• Adapt to changing priorities, shift-based workflows, and continuous learning in trust and safety.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and accuracy.
• English at B2+ level, written and spoken.
• Availability for shift work, including night shifts between 10pm and 6am.
• Independence, adaptability, resilience, and comfort with changing priorities.
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and electronics, including brand verification.
• Ability to collaborate, accept feedback, solve problems, and support continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience or developing expertise in counterfeit detection, electronics, or account moderation.
• Customer support experience.
