Technical Account Manager (Cloud Security): Planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the platform with an accent on deployment, operational best practices, and value realization. Focus on providing strategic and hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and fostering customer satisfaction.
Location: Onsite in Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices for the platform, establishing a Center of Excellence.
- Contribute to sessions to help customers unlock the full value of the platform.
- Drive customer adoption, ensure retention, and foster satisfaction to reduce account risk.
- Facilitate escalations and collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Product teams for quick issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage and collaborate with Sales for contract renewals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services).
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications.
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to troubleshoot complex issues and engage stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Hebrew and English.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
