What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices for the hirify.global platform, establishing a Center of Excellence.
• Contribute to sessions to help customers unlock the full value of the hirify.global platform.
• Drive customer adoption, ensure retention, and foster satisfaction to reduce account risk.
• Facilitate escalations and collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Product teams for quick issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for expanding hirify.global usage and collaborate with Sales for contract renewals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services).
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to troubleshoot complex issues and engage stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Hebrew and English.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
