TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ IT professionals across helpdesk, infrastructure, and security functions.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and management of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Manage the IT Helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining SLAs.
  • Implement and manage IT security policies, access control, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee call center technologies, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions.
  • Develop and manage the IT operations budget, providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing IT operations across multiple locations and departments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and ITIL best practices.
  • English: C1+ required for effective leadership and communication.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with call center solutions and cloud-based infrastructure.
