What you will do

• Spearhead end-to-end executive recruitment strategies, aligning with hirify.global's growth and business objectives in Saudi and MENA markets.
• Partner directly with C-level stakeholders to understand organizational needs and deliver top-tier leadership talent.
• Leverage deep market intelligence and talent mapping to identify, engage, and secure high-impact executives across GCC and global markets.
• Work cross-functionally with the central Executive Search, HR, compensation, and legal teams to ensure seamless offer management and executive onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Executive Search Expertise: Proven track record of placing senior-level talent (VP, C-suite) within fast-paced, high-growth organizations, ideally in tech or e-commerce.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
• Deep experience with market research, competitive talent mapping, and proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill executive roles.
• Deep understanding of the GCC/Saudi Arabian talent landscape, labor laws, and local hiring nuances.
• Trusted to manage sensitive, high-level searches with professionalism and discretion.
