Salesforce Business Systems Analyst: Supporting and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement, and CRM Analytics globally with an accent on business process documentation, system configuration, and integrations. What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and define business requirements for Salesforce features.
- Prioritise and manage requests, develop user stories, process flows, and design solutions.
- Perform Salesforce configuration, updates, and design reports and dashboards.
- Write and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and training documentation.
- Research, evaluate, and implement 3rd party software integrations.
- Coordinate, analyse, assess, configure, and test new functionalities and platform releases.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator required.
- Experience in administering Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations including automation, security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Custom Objects, Flows), change sets, and Apex.
- Solid core Business Analyst skillset including process analysis, requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, and user adoption.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs aligned with IT strategy.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certification.
- Familiarity with Agentforce or other SaaS systems (Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, Workday).
- Integration systems experience (Boomi).
- Relevant domain knowledge in sales, revenue management, contracts, accounting, or finance operations.
- Bachelor's degree or experience within the media and entertainment industry.
