Dear friends, This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference by developing a unique legal tech system aimed at sharing knowledge, making law accessible to people who wouldn’t otherwise think of using a lawyer, and bringing legal services up to date using tech.
Most people have never used a lawyer and we want to change that, ideally on a global scale.

We have an ambitious, multi-year roadmap including the integration of our bespoke AI solutions. We’re looking for energetic developers to help us deliver tech-based legal help to millions of people over the next few years.
We encourage health and wellness and 9-5:30 (UK) working hours. We operate with a startup mentality but within a long-term stable, self-funded business with a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

We’re after experienced developers with at least 6+ years of coding experience, strong social and technical skills, and solid expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Experience with AI integrations (e.g. chatbots, AI APIs, or fine-tuning models) would be a big plus.

Requirements:

Coding 70%
Analysing requirements and coming up with appropriate solutions 20%
Project management 10%

Location

We are officially based in London but our culture is remote first with very few meetings in real life.
Our staff are currently located in London, all over the UK, Joburg (admin), Argentina (tech support).
