What you will do

• Proactively contribute to achieving client performance goals by implementing effective campaign strategies and optimization techniques.
• Execute thorough Search Query Report (SQR) analysis to optimize keyword bidding strategies for improved campaign efficiency.
• Develop and present comprehensive weekly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Oversee the analysis of campaign results, identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and documenting key learnings.
• Conduct in-depth reporting and analysis of paid media performance and audience behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee finance reconciliation processes, verifying campaign spend, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Major.
• Experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying (agency experience a plus!).
• A proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• A creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
