What you will do

• Plan the roadmap and product direction for B2B workplace and enterprise platforms based on user requirements and business analysis.
• Analyze business problems, user pain points, priorities, market trends, and competitive solutions.
• Deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly products across workplace services and related internal business functions.
• Coordinate Technology, Testing, Operations, and other teams to achieve product goals and support successful launches.
• Lead product operations, including user training, feedback management, user behavior analysis, and continuous experience optimization.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take ownership of product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least three years of relevant experience with internet products or enterprise management software.
• Ability to proactively plan product development, understand industry trends, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Ability to independently analyze product requirements and perform product design work, while guiding sub-products.
• Familiarity with internet product design and development processes and effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, self-direction, innovation, teamwork, and a results-focused approach.
