What you will do
- Plan the roadmap and steer product direction for internal B2B enterprise platforms.
- Analyze and diagnose business problems, identifying user pain points and priorities.
- Coordinate and drive targets for multiple teams (Technology, Testing & Operations) to achieve product business goals.
- Manage product operations, including training, data analysis, and continuous user experience optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products.
- Proactively plan product development, possessing a global vision and effectively communicating with other internal teams.
- Capable of independently handling product requirement analysis and product design work, providing guidance for sub-products.
- Familiar with internet product design and development processes, able to communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
