What you will do

• Own low-level solution design for end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and reusable custom code and interfaces.
• Lead and grow the developer team while supporting recruitment efforts.
• Develop and extend internal D365FO frameworks and ISV solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies like AI.
• Ensure high standards for security, accessibility, and performance across all solutions.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance: requires 5 years of continuous UK residency.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle Microsoft ERP implementations across 3-4 different project types.
• Outstanding development proficiency in X++ and familiarity with .NET technologies.
• Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor developer teams.
• Deep knowledge of Unified Developer Experience, Git version control, and ATL unit testing.
• Solid experience with Agile project methodologies.
