RTL Developer (Embedded Iot Dev)

TL;DR

RTL Developer (Semiconductor): Designing and implementing advanced digital systems and SoCs with an accent on functional specification, microarchitecture, and RTL debugging. Location: Hybrid in Poland (Warszawa, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Gdańsk, Lublin, Opole, Katowice)

What you will do

• Lead functional specification development for advanced digital systems.
• Design and implement microarchitecture for high-performance blocks.
• Perform RTL debugging and ensure design correctness and efficiency.
• Run and analyze Lint Checks and CDC Checks.
• Collaborate with verification, physical design, and architecture teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital design.
• Strong knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL.
• Proven experience in RTL design, microarchitecture development, and functional specs.
• Deep understanding of linting tools, CDC methodologies, and debugging flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SystemVerilog.
• Experience with tools like Cadence Genus, Synopsys Design Compiler (DC), or Fusion Compiler.
• Experience working on SoC-level integration and design.
• Apply Power Optimization Techniques.
