What you will do

• Design and implement automation solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Power Automate, Power Apps, and CoPilot Studio.
• Translate business requirements into robust digital solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Enhance and optimize existing solutions while introducing new technical approaches to the team.
• Ensure technical excellence by applying clean coding, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT, acting as a trusted technical partner.
• Mentor junior developers, contribute to code reviews, and share knowledge to strengthen team expertise.

Requirements

• Several years of experience developing Power Platform or RPA-based solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas, Model Driven, Code Apps), and CoPilot Studio.
• Knowledge in working with APIs, SAP, and combining tools to achieve optimal results.
• Confidence with software engineering fundamentals like CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and cloud concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex digital challenges and develop structured, pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, coupled with a proactive, autonomous working style.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Experience with BluePrism.
